RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the products to be returned. The law provides that the right of withdrawal is exercised by the buyer, under penalty of forfeiture, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the products.

- the customer is required to return the items that he does not intend to purchase to Numa Milano Via Tito Vignoli, 30 20146 Milan, within 14 days. For this purpose, the date of acceptance of the post office or courier will be valid;
- the products must be in the original condition in which they were sold;
- The transport costs and risks for the return are entirely borne by the Customer, we therefore recommend insuring the products during shipping with the chosen courier (tracking is necessary for the Customer as proof of dispatch. In the event that the returned product has been damaged during transport, we will notify the sender of the incident within the working day following receipt, to allow him to take action against the courier chosen for the shipment.
- For products not returned in the conditions in which they were delivered or shipped by Numa Milano, a reasonable reduction in the value of the item(s) will be assessed, which will be subtracted from the refunded amount, according to the assessment made by Numa Milano.
Acceptance of refund
Numa Milano, as regulated by Legislative Decree 206/2005, undertakes to make the refund within 14 days from the date on which it will be informed by the consumer of the return request using the same payment method used by the consumer.
Numa Milano reserves the right, however, to withhold the refund until it has received the goods whose shipment has been organized and implemented by the customer or until the customer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, depending on which situation arises. check first.
If the recipient of the products indicated in the order is different from the person who made the payment for such products, the amount paid corresponding to the returned items will be refunded by Numa Milano to the person who made the payment.
If you decide to return the products, Numa Milano will not be responsible for transport costs or any loss or damage to the products.

Return of damaged products
- In order to return a product that has been delivered damaged, it is important to collect the package with reserve, indicating on the transport document that the package is collected with reserve and the anomaly found.
- If you encounter malfunctions during the first use of the product, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible on 328 8951709. All you need is the order number and the damaged or non-functioning products. We will assist you on the procedure you will need to follow.
- In the event that damage to the products during shipping or malfunction of the same is confirmed, Numa Milano will take care of the management of the products.
- You may be contacted by Customer Service to have evidence, for example photographs, of defects or non-integrity of the Product.
